NEW PROFILES
The LLLC is offering CISCO courses since 2003 and from autumn 2019, 2 new profiles will complete the current offer:
> Computer Technician – CompTIA A+
This profile is targeting anyone who is willing to learn computer fundamentals, from building a computer to connecting it securely to a network (prepare for the CompTIA A+ Certification). Attending these courses will prepare the participant to pass the CompTIA A+ Certification.
> Network Administrator – CCNA (v.7) NEW
The new CCNA (version 7) curriculum helps candidates develop a comprehensive understanding of how networks operate, from protocols and services to network management, with an emphasis on hands on learning and essential career skills like problem solving and collaboration.
> Network Professional – CCNP (v.8) NEW
This profile provides a comprehensive overview of enterprise-level networking concepts, including advanced routing, switching, and troubleshooting. The curriculum integrates industry relevant instructional approaches to help candidates prepare for career opportunities.
> Network Security Administrator – CISCO CCNA Security
This profile addresses candidates willing to gain knowledge and skills required to protect computer networks.
> Operation Center Security Analyst – CCNA Cyber Operating Systems
This profile addresses candidates interested in uncovering cybercrime, cyber espionage and other threats to the integrity of networks, an exciting new area that spans all industries.
Candidates will acquire the skills to qualify for exciting and growing opportunities in security operation centers as an analyst or incident responder.
The different modules focus on how to monitor, detect and respond to cybersecurity threats.
They cover cryptography, hostbased security analysis, security monitoring, computer forensics, attack methods and incident reporting and handling.
